Painted for an offshoot of the Visual Language class last year at Akto; but I never got round to take photographs of it so as to upload it until now. Come to it, I never quite felt comfortable with how it turned out, either.
As with several of my later paintings (yes, I have to finish and upload -those-, too), it originated from a very small pen sketch I must have done sometime in 2002 (and one I seem to have lost, too). That one was inspired by a small picture I'd seen then, whose painter did also call it -- I think -- World's End.
